Crescellere Limited, trading as YJ Consulting, is a management consultancy. YJ Consulting is not a law firm. We may provide public-source legal-information research within an agreed scope.

Crescellere Limited 以 YJ Consulting 名义提供管理咨询服务。YJ Consulting 并非律师事务所。我们可在双方约定的范围内提供公开来源的法律信息研究。

Steffanie Zhang is a barrister and solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand and holds a current New Zealand practising certificate. She is personally exempt from immigration adviser licensing under section 11(e) of the Immigration Advisers Licensing Act 2007. Her separately agreed immigration advice and visa application assistance is distinct from the consulting and public-source research services described below. The responsible adviser, scope and engagement terms are confirmed before that work begins.

Legal-information research can help a business, professional or member of the public find and organise reliable public sources. Before work begins, we agree the question, intended reader, sources to prioritise and the date the information needs to be checked against.

• Locate current legislation, court decisions and official guidance.
• Prepare source maps, authority tables and factual chronologies.
• Check citations and suggest New Zealand Law Style Guide formatting.
• Fact-check AI-generated material against accessible sources.
• Organise research for review by the client or their lawyer.

What we do not do / 我们不提供的服务

Our management-consulting and public-source legal research services do not:

• provide legal advice, legal opinions or case-specific legal conclusions;
• determine a person's legal rights, obligations, prospects or strategy;
• draft or file court or tribunal documents;
• represent a person in a court, tribunal or legal proceeding;
• carry out work reserved by law for lawyers or incorporated law firms; or
• claim that its research creates or preserves legal professional privilege.

我们的管理咨询及公开来源法律信息研究服务不包括：

• 提供法律意见、法律观点或针对具体案件的法律结论；
• 判断个人的法律权利、义务、成功可能性或法律策略；
• 起草或提交法院或审裁机构文件；

When a lawyer should lead / 何时应由律师主导

A practising lawyer should lead when you need advice about legal rights, obligations, strategy, limitation periods or procedural deadlines; court or tribunal documents; representation; or work within a reserved area of law. If that need becomes apparent during an engagement, YJ Consulting will identify it so the appropriate legal input can be obtained.

如需就法律权利、义务、策略、时效期限或程序期限取得意见，准备法院或审裁机构文件，需要代理，或事项涉及法律规定由律师保留的工作，应由持有执业证书的律师主导。如在合作过程中发现相关需要，YJ Consulting 会予以说明，以便客户取得适当的法律意见。

Where agreed, YJ Consulting may continue surrounding research, record organisation or project coordination while the lawyer remains responsible for the legal work.

经双方同意，YJ Consulting 可继续协助周边研究、记录整理或项目协调，而法律工作仍由律师负责。

Engagement and legal professional privilege / 合作关系与法律专业保密特权

Visiting this website, opening the booking calendar, booking a meeting or sending an enquiry does not by itself create a consulting engagement, a lawyer-client relationship or legal professional privilege. A consulting engagement begins only when its scope and terms have been agreed in writing.

Do not assume that material shared with YJ Consulting is privileged. If privilege may matter, obtain advice from a practising lawyer before sharing the material. Please do not send unnecessary sensitive or confidential information in an initial enquiry.

Academic integrity / 学术诚信

Research support may include planning, source discovery, literature mapping, citation checking and editing where the work complies with the relevant institution's rules and preserves the learner's authorship.

YJ Consulting does not complete assessed work for submission as another person's own, supply examination answers, impersonate a learner, or fabricate sources or data. We do not provide a service intended to give a learner an unfair advantage.

在符合相关院校规则并保留学习者本人作者责任的前提下，研究支持可包括研究规划、来源查找、文献梳理、引用核查与编辑。
